We spent today at Thanksgiving Point, which is basically a 501 nonprofit indoor and outdoor farm, garden, and museum complex in Lehi, Utah. Its five main attractions include Ashton Gardens (we didn’t see this), Butterfly Biosphere, Farm Country, Museum of Ancient Life, and Museum of Natural Curiosity (we didn’t see this either). We decided on this today because the boys (including Garry) were not in the mood for a hike (it was in the high 90’s temp wise to be fair)- I was met with “hiking is too tiring”, “hiking is borning” blah blah blah…. however I can say with certainty we are all extremely pooped after all the activities today, so it didn’t really work out the way they thought after all . Would recommend checking this place out if you are in the area with kids – plenty of places to grab food nearby and plenty of places to picnic if you want to bring your own.
